T Shirt Week-Day 4: Who's That Pokemon? It's Charmander!

Not to be left out of all the t shirt making, L put in a request for a Charmander shirt. I traced the pattern through the shirt on this one, and then painted it, and touched up the outline with a sharpie after the fact.
