I just finished this little stocking for baby V. I drew up a quick template for the actual stocking, and then just eyeballed the facial features. The whole thing is constructed of felt. I ended up sewing the whole thing by hand, because I was too lazy to rethread the sewing machine three times, but I could have cranked out about half a dozen stockings in the same amount of time on the machine.
I made a quick copy of the pattern, sloppy handwriting at all.

IM IN LOVE WITH THE STOCKING! CAN U PLEASE POST THE TEMPLATE... AND HOPEFULLY I CAN MAKE THIS FOR MY DAUGHTER. THANKS!

I did a google search for a Yo Gabba Gabba stocking and found yours. I love it!!! Thank you for posting the template! We're celebrating my son's first Christmas at home (last year we were in the NICU) and one of his favorite things is Yo Gabba Gabba. I have no idea how to sew, but hopefully I can find someone to put it together for me. Thank you again!!!
ReplyDeleteI used your idea, cobbled together my own pattern for a larger sized Muno, and made a stocking for my Granddaughter. I appreciate you sharing your great idea! I know she'll love it! Wish you had a flickr account so I could post a pic for you.
ReplyDeleteThe link doesnt work anymore :( Is there any way you could email me the pattern?

Hi, Brooke. I'm trying to locate the hard copy of the pattern around my house or on the new computer. I'll share it again here on the blog and email it to you as well, when and if I find it. Sorry about that.
