Doll Diapers and Wipes
V has been really into baby dolls lately. She tries to swaddle them, and feeds them "macaroni and chicken nuggets." She's also been saying they have a dirty diaper, and need to be changed. We've been using some real newborn sized cloth diaper covers for the babies, but they aren't quite the right size, and she can't put them on independently. I ran across this cute little Pattern at Wee Folk Art, and sewed her up a few doll diapers and wipes, using flannel from my stash. I enlarged the pattern a little, and did a turned and top stitched version, instead of using the serger. (I still don't really have the hang of serging neatly. Everything I serge ends up looking a little sloppy.)
Cute, huh?
Do check out this list of awesome patterns and tutorials, at Wee Folk Art. There's lots of good stuff there.
(Yep, some of the robots are upside down. Whatever, right?)

I hadn't thought to make wipes to go with the diapers..... hmmmmm mind, my daughter requested the diapers, put them on and off for a little bit, and then left them alone.
