I've been trying to tie up some loose ends and get things ready for our first day of school, which will be September first. While browsing on the web, I've found some new resources, and I thought I'd pass along the links.

As the url would suggest, this is a collection of ideas for theme or unit studies. I was looking for Robot stuff, and found that, as well as lots of other things.

Yep, more themes. This time they're put together by PBS, and are linked to television shows and books. If your kiddos are a fan of Martha Speaks, or Arthur, they'll enjoy this selection.

I stumbled here while looking for free birthday party printables for my niece. They had some great ones, but on further inspection, they also have lots of cool printables relating to the alphabet, flags, and holidays. Be sure to check out the alphabet puppets.

The lady behind the great Theme-A-Saurus books hosts this site full of great free resources.

After hearing so many great things about the Magic Tree House series, I was stoked to find most of the series in like new condition at the local Goodwill. This site has lots of lesson plans to go along with the books.
