Glittery Gift Bags

This was one of our art projects this week. L helped decorate paper lunch sacks with glitter, to use as gift bags for the gifts he's going to make. This one he did entirely on his own. For some others, I made a glue initial of the recipient's name, and he put the glitter on. (Incidentally, I had him figure out what letter I needed to make. For instance, "this one is for Madison, what letter does that start with?") This project was a big hit, with baby V even getting in on it. I figured L would be proud to be able to "wrap" his own gifts.

I guess it goes without saying, they made a huge mess with the glitter. I cleaned up the mess and vacuumed, but everything is still pretty sparkly around here...
