I just wanted to pop in and say that posting around here might be a little light for a couple of days. Although I try to write posts way in advance, it hasn't worked out so far this month. Last week we started a new school year, my husband and I went to two concerts, (which were wonderful, but totally threw off the schedule around here,) and now the kids and I are sick. All the crafty stuff I had in mind for the next couple of days is *almost* but not quite finished.
I'll definitely be back on Friday, with our week in review. This week we're going to be learning about stars in general, and our sun specifically. It's been hot enough here in Texas lately that it shouldn't be hard to pretend we're living on the sun. :)

I hope that ya'll start feeling better soon. I know what you mean about feeling like you're living on the sun. If this Texas heat doesn't go away soon, I may have to move to Canada...not really, but I've often considered it as I'm outside and sweat and mascara are dripping in my eyes!

We've got that summer cold thing going on too! Yuck. It must be the Texas heat.
ReplyDeleteWe won't officially start school until after Labor Day. But we really never stop learning.
Oh, and don't let that homeschool closet organization fool you. We do keep the homeschool closet organized but you noticed I didn't show off how organized the rest of my house is. Just tackling one closet at a time! We're a little too creative to keep everything organized all of the time! :)
