Out of the Box Sources for Homeschoolers

Everyone knows you can find some pretty awesome learning supplies at a teaching store, and you can find nearly ANYTHING online. If you keep your eyes open though, you can find neat things nearly anywhere. I've posted before about my love of Goodwill and Dollar tree. They're both great places to find puzzles, games, art supplies, and (at Goodwill,) books.
Today I thought I'd share with you another of my favorite places to scavenge for fun homeschool-y stuff: Tuesday Morning. They nearly always have a wide range of nice puzzles, Montessori type block sets, science projects, craft sets, and more, for way cheaper than you'd pay at a teaching supply store.

I picked up two of these little science tool sets yesterday for $1.99 each, which made them even cheaper than cobbling together a similar set of dollar store finds. I also picked up a neat card game for the kids, and a chocolate making kit, for around $11 total.
