Pillsbury Potluck Party

Christmas Tree Sandwich Cookies, cute and festive.

I mentioned several weeks ago that we were going to be have a Pillsbury potluck party to try out some of the quick, easy recipes on the Pillsbury website.

Our party was this past Saturday, and and I have to say, it was the easiest party ever. I made several recipes, and it was awesome to put together a couple of fun, yummy dishes, without spending hours and wrecking the kitchen. We exchanged recipes at the party, and everyone left with some new ideas for the upcoming office parties and get togethers.

Cherry Pie Cups, made with just 2 ingredients.

The official taste testing.

My meat eating pals chose the Bacon-Cheddar Pinwheels as their favorite recipe. (I'm a vegetarian, but it seems you can't go wrong with bacon.)

My kiddos thought the Reindeer Cookies were super cute.

These Garlic-Parmesan Pull-Apart Loaves will be making their way into our regular dinnertime rotation here.

My sis and brother in law, good sports about having their pics taken while eating.
I think a Potluck Christmas dinner is the way to go this year...
