I mentioned
several weeks ago that we were going to be have a Pillsbury potluck party to try out some of the
quick, easy recipes on the Pillsbury website.
Our party was this past Saturday, and and I have to say, it was the easiest party ever. I made several recipes, and it was awesome to put together a couple of fun, yummy dishes, without spending hours and wrecking the kitchen. We exchanged recipes at the party, and everyone left with some new ideas for the upcoming office parties and get togethers.

My meat eating pals chose the
Bacon-Cheddar Pinwheels as their favorite recipe.
(I'm a vegetarian, but it seems you can't go wrong with bacon.)
